I’ve noticed kinda lumps or little bump looking things I’m very worried they are kinda orange pink looking I had sex about 4 months ago it was my first time haven’t had it since I’ve been having kinda cottage cheese looking discharge around vagina lips and it doesn’t go away doesn’t have smell
