I had miscarriage 6 th month of pregnancy in 2023 march.. I'm not pregnant again.. Last month 2faint lines in pregnancy kit. But my period came.. Doctor said utrus lining is thin and triple lining in utrus.what should I do.. Is there any treatment for my problem..can i get pregnant
