Thigh Pain while sitting

Since two or three weeks i am having uneasiness while sitting.If i fold the legs and sit thighs are paining.These days it started paining at my backside(seat) also while sitting in chair or bike.I have vericose veins problem. Could you please suggest what could be the issue.
