Right thigh joint itching started today on hairy area near scrotum...after applying calendula..sbl..antiseptic cream ... Will hyper sulphuris 30 help. I feel minor pimple also in right  thigh joint area. ..pls advise.. I had covid shot on last Friday and had fever 99.3 for  24 hrs .pls advise .

It will not help. It is probably a fungal infection. Taking medicine on random suggestions will not help. Proper homeopathic treatment is advisable. Till then take Bacillinum 200

Better to avoid self medication.It will complecate the case . More details are required to evaluate the case,like time' of itching , when it becomes worse and good photograph .
