  4. Thick endometrium. Be the next step?

Thick endometrium

Lmp- 22nd august. Endometrium lining is 16mm on 27th august. Pregnancy test negative. No polysystic ovaries. Normally cycle is quite regular but last time it came only for 2.5 days. What should be the next step?
