I missed my period and 4 days ago I started getting thick black blood/ discharge. I've had short but very painful cramps here and there. There is no way I can be or could have been pregnant.

If it is not a pregnancy then may be bcz of delay in periods u are getting a black discharge , observe for a few more days and get back to us if u notice any other issue .
