Concerning atopic eczema why do ALL pharmaceutical paraffin and chemical based creams and ointments (providing no nutrition to the skin at all) just sit on the surface of the skin (to scratch off) but not absorb into the deeper layers of the skin to hydrate and keep it moisturised?
