There's a glitter inside my pupil

I just noticed a glitter inside my eyes specifically in the pupil area just an hour a go. I don't know what should i do to get rid of it. I tried to wash it using water but i never moved. I'm scared and i don't have cash to go to a doctor right away. I'm just a student and i'm alone in the house today. Please help me what should i do?
