As per sonography report there is mild fatty infiltration of lever parenchyma. Thre is mild to moderate enlargement of prostate with no significant residual urine in urinary bladder

Mild fatty liver .no specific treatment except to avoid fatty diet and heavy meals along with healthy life style. Prostate enlargement is a phenomenon of aging. Require treatment of you have urinary problem. A baseline serum PSA and uroflowmetry is recommended.consult a urologist
