Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult Why is the penis swollen ? Was there a trauma? Bite by insect? Is there a boil? Do use lukewarm water with potassium permanganate and make child sit in it for 5min. Give paracetamol for pain. Anyways needs to be examined by pediatrician.
