The next step

I have 2 grade2 hemorrhoids and a chronic fissure with sentinel tag. I have been taking dobesil for a month now so hemorrhoids have reduced. What's the best next step?

Haemorrhoids and fissure these are mainly associated with straining during defecation. So u should avoid any constipation. Otherwise these may recur . U should be strict about your dietary habit .
Next Steps
U should continue Dobesil for atleast total 3months. Use laxatives whenever constipated, use perianal cream for smooth defecation and relaxing anus. Continue sitz bath , these will relax skin tag and itching
Health Tips
Avoid red meat. Plenty of fluids. High fibre diet. These little modification will keep you relieved from bleeding piles.

Next step depends on the current symptoms. Depending on the symptoms we can figure out whether to go for surgery or not for the same.
