My hemoglobin is 12.40g/dl rbc count is 5.90mill/mm3 Mcv 64.4fl Mch 21pg Rdw 18.50% I further had beta thalassemia minor test where i had got Hb A2 5.80% So please tell what kind of thalassemia I am having or its just a iron deficiency or overload iron diet
