If anyone take too much tetanus shot in one month (4 shot) what will happen? The shots are taken due to different injuries. Is there any chance to occur tetanus due to this extra shot

Nothing to worry about. From next time take your tetanus shot from a Registered Medical Practitioner so that he/she can give you a documentation of the shot taken and carry it with you.
