I got a slight cut by a iron rod on the road. I washed the wound immediately after 20-25 mins and applied Boroplus, please let me know If I need tetanus for this or this is fine. Posting the image of the cut/scratch. Please help me out, I'm worried. The red mark is the cut. Please help mee!
