My daughter stapled her right thumb on the nail. Wanted to know if she needs a tetanus shot or not. She has in pain though.

Tetanus injection is one type of preventive vaccine. If you had taken tetanus injection in last 4-6 month then it's not compulsory. If you didn't then take tetanus injection. It is good for Prevention.
