Those are reference ranges mentioned in each report for thyroid The patient and doctor has to refer to the case and reference range that is applicable in the particular clinical scenario . It’s a general reference range and not particularly for one particular individual The lab and technician will not be aware of a particular individuals clinical status hence general ranges are mentioned Pregnancy with thyroid is a special situation So also thyroid in normal individuals is different Hence everything is included
