I masturbate rarely like twice in a month but my sperm does not look like pure white and thick. Is there any way i can increase my sperm count?

Hi, your way of observation might not be correct, what I mean to say is that if u really want to understand the quality of your sperm then do semen analysis, that will give you correct idea about it. u cant judge semen by just eyes, u need semen analysis for proper assessment
