I was diagnosed with Covid on 26 April 2021 . Even after recovery , I have infrequent loose motion. Recently I have developed pain in testis. On USG test of scrotum with Doppler I was diagnosed with grade 2 varicocele, minimal bilateral hydrocele and left sided spermatocele. Kindly suggest remedies.
