Testicular Swelling and Pain

Pain in left testicle and swelling. No change in colour. Sharp pain on touching or movement. Since 4 days. Started off with very mild pain and has been aggravating since then. Also slight heavy feeling lower back and front pubic bone area towards left side. No injury in the area. What is the problem ?
