I just got done shaving when I felt l little bump on the side (almost on the bottom) of my left testicle. I don't think it's the epididymis because I don't feel anythig around it or connected to it. Is there a way for me to find out for myself if it's a tumor? How likely is it that it might just be a vein or from injury?
