I've been having testicular pain. More on my right one which also hangs lower. It's more on the back of it and on the line connecting to my penis. I may have over masturbated in the past. And everytime I move my foreskin downwards it aches in the same places. I've got it checked by a doctor and even got an ultrasound but no infection or lumps found. I'm also going through puberty most probably as my penis size has also increased in these days.
