Testicles problem

Not always but Sometimes my testicles undescended since last 15-20 days .In a day maximum time testicle. Look in normal position.but generally few times in day it become different ,one testicle are little loose and one is testicle are little bit hard. I think I have undescended testicles problem or scrotum problem.please tell my about this proble
