My dog's ball colour was black then it become pale pink ..and now there is some black spot..i am worried..can I apply pet mankind Curabless cream ??? Any dr help me

It can be Simple Pigmentation..Is he licking that area?any swelling or pain?are the patches increasing? Pigmentation is Natural.. Infected patches are not..pls consult a vet offline or online to rule out.
