Hello Doctors,
I have a very difficult medical condition and require your inputs if there's an treatment possible.
I have small testicle
The right testis measures 2.5 x 1.0 x 1.8 cms with a volume of 2 cc.
The left testis measures 1.2 x 1.7 x 2.5 cms with a volume of 2 cc.
FSH Level is around 39.87
Sperm count is zero.
Vitamin D - Deficiency
I have been told for this medical condition , fertility is not possible by doctor who I have consulted.
Would like to know your support and inputs .
Yes dr had told u correct it may be very much difficult to start spermatogensis again it may be testicular failure if ur broad minded and want to have child u can go with donar sperm with iui treatment it will be better option for u
