Testicle pain along with thigh pain

I am having pain in my right testicle and inner thigh region for last couple of days. The pain is also radiating till knee and lower part of the leg. Sometimes the pain is coming in left side and sometimes it is in right side. Which doctor I need to consult as I am facing difficulty in explaining my problem exactly?
