9 years back I was suffering with appendix but didnt have operation till now. I was hospitalized for 6 days that time. During that period, one testicle size was increasing. Then I got recovered. Since that day, one of my testicle size has been decreased to almost a size of almond and the other is of perfect size. I dont feel any pain in my testicle. But one is of normal size and the left side one is smmaller like almond. Now its neither increasing nor decreasing, remaining same size. Plz tell me if there is any issue with my scrotum or testicle as one is very small and other one is normal??? Plz advise me what should I do?
