Testicle and lower abdominal pain

The problem started 2 days earlier . I've been experiencing pain in my right testicle and lower abdominal while moving .no pain at rest.no swelling at all.had fever of 99.5 but now its gone. Pain is almost gone but may i ignore this problem or visit a docter. Its almost gone ,so may i ignore it or meet doctor
