Testicle and lower abdomen pain

I feel pain in testicle ,lower abdomen and back pain.after masturbation the pain go away but after 4, 5 days they start paining again.i don't want to masturbate but due to pain I have to masturbate.i also did sonography of testicle and abdomen but the report is normal.what should I do.plz suggest me doctor

U have a clear cut psychological problem and u need to take medicines for a long time for that. The sooner u accept this, the better or else u l go into depression more and more.
