My testes are hanging an become too smaller , pre cum release more amout and iam become thin and weak , for these reasons iam afraid to marry , I tested for hiv also it's negative but am becoming very thin day by day my cheeks are gone under my mandibular bone grow outward , it's seems ugly as a old man people call me uncle so please suggest me what i to do
