I have a 4 years old baby. I stopped breastfeeding when he was 18 months old as I had a gall bladder removal surgery. But the production of the milk is still on. I feel pain and sometimes leakage also.My gyne asked me to do the test of prolactin serum and today the result has come as 8.38. Does it shows any problem?

No this is normal .Get done TSH level and mammogram . Since long back you are not giving feeding to baby.First find out what is the pathology then treatment.
