Hi, I m 4 weeks pregnant now. My lmp was 25.08.2020. Today I have bought mifegest kit and had first tablet now. I m mother of 2 boys one 4 yrs 3 months old nd other 1 yr 3 months old.. When will the periods start? And how long it will be? Will it lead to any complications? Will I continue to breastfeed my kid? KINDLY CLARIFY MY DOUBTS
