Tendency of getting depressed

I have faced my depression 8-10 months ago,and I was completely fine but now some obsessions are started recently which I can control but messes many times a day. Exactly how many times depression occurs they are minor ?

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. After carefully reviewing your history, I feel you should not be worried a lot. As you depression vanished so easily you obsession will also go away . R u taking those medication you doctor prescribed you for depression. If not then please share detail about your depression. If it was very mild and your obsession is also very mild then it's ok you can manage without medication. Learn ERP principles. Just don't follow your obsession. Don't start the compulsions.
