Have you been taking antibiotics for this long? If yes, it could be because if that but I don’t think you will be on antibiotics for 40 days.
Why don’t you try eliminating animal milk from YOUR diet. Animal proteins can present in the breast milk which can lead to CMPA in the baby. This is worth a try.
