Temporal tendonitis

I have a mild to moderate temporal headache with tooth pain since last 8 to 10 month. I have visited so many dentists, ent specialists, neurologist and neurosurgeon and found no issues related to brain or teeth or jaw or ear or throat. Brain mri is normal. Blood report normal, doppler of artery normal. Finally i came to know about temporal tendonitis and symptoms quite similar to it. Can anyone help me who can help me regarding this? Anyone has treated someone that would be helpful.
