Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. It sounds like you're being overwhelmed by your emotions. I appreciate you for taking the first step in your mental health journey by reaching out for help. This extreme anger and crying on your part could be due to many reasons like daily life challenges, stressors, negative life events, past trauma that would have been triggered now with present events, etc. It could also be a result of building up emotions and thoughts within without expressing it at the right moment. And thus it's bursting out now and is being generalized to all aspects including very simple ones where you would have reacted in a normal manner if you were not overwhelmed.
Some things to do when you get overwhelmed:
1. Practice journalling by writing down your thoughts when you feel overwhelmed, it would help you to identify what is troubling you exactly and reflect on your thoughts.
2. While writing down your thoughts, prioritise things that you feel is troubling you the most.
3. After prioritising, try to figure out how to handle situations differently and also try to replace your negative with realistic and positive ones.
4. Seek therapy to unravel your thought pattern, identify and be aware of it and also to gain a safe space to vent your emotions in a healthy manner.
