Yes telma can slightly increase the creatinine but it is necessary to bring down the urine protein. Was renal biopsy done for u?

Hi Slight increase in creatinine (dip in eGFR) is expected when one is started on Telmisartan. Upto 30% increase is acceptable as long as potassium is within normal limits.
