Hello dr.my baby is 8 months old...he had cold and fever past 4 days and it seems somewhat whitish in his lower front region of gums i thought its teething problrm bcoz hr is sucking thumb, fingers  and uncomfortabke at day and night..my question is shall i give him ibugesic suspension to him? if yes then plz let me know dosage
