I am facing teeth mark on tongue from last three months ,consult with dentist they said tooth not aligned and it's need braces for alignment.After alignment problem will be solve.I took opinion with other dentist he said due to mouth dry teeth mark on tongue.I have mark on both side of upper tongue and looks like sore.I have dry mouth and lips problem also.Please suggest I am in high tension.

Looks like you have macroglossia... no need to worry consult an orthodontist and for dry mouth is other condition.. u can consult oral surgeon for that condition and ask for some saliva substitute...
