My baby is 3 months 2 weeks old and is exclusively breastfed. For past two days tears are continuously coming from both of his eyes. And he also has a froathy motion . My granny is telling to pour two drops of breastmilk in his eyes. Can this be done? If not what should be done ? Is this due to over heat ?pls suggest me a remedy.
