Suddenly I found a teardrop like polyps hanging from lower part of the nose. It is  painless and the size remains same as it was. I am using thuja gel for 2 months. But there is no improvement. I have sent a photo attached with this mail. What is the treatment for this and whether there is any serious issue? Please reply. Thanks in advance.
