So I've torn the tip of my penis at the underside of the penis hole, which enlarged it by about 2 mm. it's been about 2 months and it never healed. When I'm erected, the hole expands and the cut seems pretty deep. It doesn't really hurt, it gets irritating sometimes. I went to a family doctor for this and she prescribed the mupirocin ointment, I didn't really see much results.
