TB water in lungs

About one year ago I am suffering from TB. Water was collected around lungs and it was drained through treatment about 2500 ml total. Date of treatment start 31 may 2016. Date of treatment end 10 April 2017. But now a layer is created around my left lung. Layer is thin and dry. According to my doctor treatment is completed Kindly Give me right sugg
