Hello Dr my sister was diagnosed with HIV 10years ago and never took ARV's this year she got really sick but her cd4 count was 308. I was told it is low but not low enough to make her lose so much weight. So she then started her ARV meds and was told within a month she should start gaining but a month later only to find out she has abdorminal TB and has had it for months. All her lymph nodes below her stomach were swolllen and hard. Week 2 she's still losing weight and her whole body is in pain
