I'm taking Nex20 from last 2 years but it is not helping me at all. I took ayurvedic suptagya ark which made me 90% better. When I try to taper to Nex15 I start getting anxious and depressive after 3-4 days. I just can't feel like my 100% when taking it as it makes me feel less attentive and less interested in life. My doctor added levisulpride and told me to raper with it. Does it that effective or is there any alternate that I can take before taper. Help I want to stop nexito completely

Dear client What was your diagnosis before starting antidepressant medicine?I  feel confused when you state that you didn't get relief on the dose still you say your symptoms worsen on decrease in dose.

You can stick to what your psychiatrist has suggested. tapering a drug is a long process. You can add uet another antidepressant while continuing same dose of Nexito.You can also make lifestyle changes. You can even add on therapy.
