I am having too much tanning on face and hand and neck and I do not tried anything plz help me and want solutions

Sun protection is very important for preventing further progression and reducing existing tan.A broad spectrum sunscreen with spf 30 and above should be used.For reduction of pigmentation treatment can be advised after detailed consultation.
