Hello, I have tanning and dead skin issue whereas I do take care of my face but still I cant get rid of them. What should I do? My skin type is Oily and please suggest best suitable facewash or any other treatment for my skin. Thank you!!

Tanning is due to exposure to sunlight without taking any protective measures. The dry/dead skin cells also may be a part of sun-induced skin changes. Your diet also plays a role in defence against these changes. Proper examination, at least by photographs is required to assess your skin so as to give befitting treatment.
