My arms legs and chest and remaining body are very fair but my face is very dark oily and has pimples. It seems to be due to tanning of skin . can it b reversed by any dermatological treatment so that I can have the same complexion in my face like a have in the rest of body.

Yes it can. Visit a dermatologist. Discuss your problem with her/him. You'll definitely benefit. Not only will you be given treatment but the doctor will guide you on how to prevent tanning.

Sunscreen is compulsory for you. Use gel sunscreen above 40 spf is fine.. U can go for chemical peel treatment for detaining
