My face is very tanned than my body , how do i clear it ?? And i also have lot of acne which i believe is caused by increase in my body heat , what is the solution ??

tanning:- Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure Increase intake of water & citrus fruits .

Protect yourself from sunlight by using a scarf and sunscreen. Use suncross aquagel sunscreen. You also have to be treated for acne. Please visit for the same. Dr Shaurya Rohatgi MD
