Sir someone given me a pill I really don't know about it and it causes too much gas pain and I am feeling really uncomfortable.plz tell me is there any pill that can cause such damage to my liver and intestine that cause belching and farting a lot in a single dose of taking it.

You should never take any medicine which is open or unknown, it might be anything from candy to poison, but I guess this one was candy.. So don't worry much, take lot of liquids and consult a surgeon
