Taking misoprostol after 48 hours

I took mifepristone yesterday and planned to take misoprostol today. But due to some urgent work I won't be able to get proper rest today. If I take misoprostol tomorrow would it make any difference? I am five week pregnant and the time gap btwn mifepristone and misoprostol will be 48 - 52 hours. Will it work properly?
